Overdue

I dug some old stuff up from the school year :D (mostly for the people back home who were asking...sorry, nothing new yet). The first one was an assignment for Animation class with Mike
Nguyen. We needed to draw ourselves when we were 6 years old.

This second one was an assignment to draw the environment for your 6 year old self. I wish I'd spent a little more time on this one. I'm still kind of figuring out Photoshop (from a drawing/painting perspective). Luckily, I have a lot of classmates who are a-MA-zing with the software, so I can always look to them for inspiration and guidance.

This last one was a group project for Story class to vis dev an idea for a feature length animated film. It was our first (and only) group project, and I learned a lot from it. Many thanks to lovely groupmates Elle, Amelia, and Natalie! <3

That's it for now! I have one crappy storyboard, and one animation test with me, but those will take a little time for me to make them web-friendly.

Calarts Portfolio

Calarts portfolio is up!

It's 16 files, so I uploaded it to my lj gallery. Looking back on the things I put in, I kind of wish I spent more time on it. I was in such a rush to get it out by the preferred deadline that I winged a lot of stuff. Sometimes when I look at other people's portfolios, I really wonder how I got in. But I'm happy that I did. Now, to work my ass off more and catch up to my peers D:
